After more than two decades of serving the Rochester community, Max of Eastman Place and Max Chophouse are opening their doors in a new way, through a rare public surplus liquidation event featuring an extensive collection of restaurant equipment, china, glassware, and smallwares accumulated over 25 years.
This is not a closing sale. Both restaurants remain open and active. The liquidation is part of a strategic effort to reduce excess storage and modernize operations following recent updates and evolving service models and will be available through a nationwide online auction hosted by RestaurantEquipment.Bid, the largest online marketplace for pre-owned restaurant equipment.
